Privacy policy

lovethai is run by East2West Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the lovethai app at app.loveth.ai and this website at loveth.ai.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, username, the language you’re learning, and your self-reported level.
- A password, if you set one. We store only a one-way hash, never the password itself.
- Sign-in provider details: if you sign in with Google or LINE, your account ID with that provider, your display name and your email address.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and request logs, collected whenever you load a page.
How we use it
We use it only to run lovethai. That means signing you in, emailing you sign-in links and messages about your account, pitching content at your level, and keeping the service secure. We don’t sell your data or show ads. We use Google sign-in data only to identify you, and we don’t share it with anyone else.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run lovethai for us. Cloudflare provides hosting, email and access control, Turso hosts the database, and MXroute runs our support mailbox. Google or LINE receive data only if you choose to sign in with them. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Cookies and Do Not Track
The app uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and remember your display settings. This website sets no cookies. We don’t track you across other sites, so we treat browsers the same whether or not they send a Do Not Track signal.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, email support@loveth.ai.
Children
lovethai is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll also email you.
