These terms are an agreement between you and East2West Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”), for your use of lovethai. By using lovethai, you accept them.

Beta

lovethai is in an invite-only beta and is free to use. Features may change or stop working, and we may reset beta data.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use lovethai. Keep your sign-in details secure; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use lovethai for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful, and don’t try to break or overload the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Content

You own what you post. You allow us to host and display it so that we can run lovethai. lovethai’s own software and learning materials belong to us.

No warranty; limited liability

lovethai is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to US$50.

Ending and changes

You can stop using lovethai at any time, and we may end the service. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. If you keep using lovethai after that, you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
